This was one of the posters of pictures by kids who had lost a loved one such as a dad during 9-11, this was a very emotional day. We sang at St. Paul, which was right across from the World Trade Center. Inside the church there were cots and letters from kids wishing to brighten people's spirits. It was an incredible experience!

B.B. King's
We had a brunch at B.B. King's and the Harlem Gospel Singers performed, it was great! It was funny though because in Texas, or at least all the brunches I have ever been to, we eat in the middle of the day, but here we ate at noon and had a variety of food, you could have lunch or breakfast or both!
The Lion King
This was the night we saw the Lion King. I cannot explain how amazingly wonderful the play was: The costumes were unbelievable, the actors were amazing, the singing was great, and the environment inside the theatre was awesome!! I had such a wonderful time, and I could go on for days about how much I liked it and why but I will save that for another time.
This was our first full morning in NYC, we ate breakfast early so that we had time to go look around, it was incredible. Right here I was trying to get a picture of the door closed but it started coming up and I jumped out of the way, i was so scared that I was going to be in the way of a firetruck going to help people, but that wasn't the case. Instead we got to go in and take a few pictures. There was a wall of memorials from 9-11, which we were not allowed to take photos of. It was a great experience.
